ON July 30th -2019, An awareness Program of prevention of dengue was undertaken in college for all the faculties by Principal with the direction of District Commissioner Mangalore.
Principal DR. K. Shivashankar Bhat explained about the causes and effects of Dengue and also how to prevent our self from Dengue disease.
The awareness regarding this issue was then explained to the students of the college . NSS, NCC and Red Cross volunteers took initiative to check the campus for cleanliness. Students were said given information about prevention and protection from dengue and also to keep the surroundings clean.
Volunteers cleaned the campus and preventive measures were taken under guidance of Nss officers and Red Cross officers.
